Corporate tax and year-end
Year-end results, and a plan for the year ahead.
I prepare your corporation's financial statements and T2 return together, so the numbers agree, the slips go out on time, and you know what you owe before the deadline.
i.What's included
Everything you need, nothing you don't.

- T2 corporate tax return
- T4 and T5 slips and summaries
- Owner pay planning: salary, dividends or both
- Shareholder loan review
- A cash flow projection for the year ahead
- A planning meeting to walk through the results and the next twelve months
ii.Who it's for
Owner-managed corporations, holding companies and incorporated professionals such as doctors, dentists and lawyers.
iii.Questions
Good to know.
When is a T2 return due?
Six months after your corporation's year end. Any tax balance is usually due two or three months after year end, depending on your company.
What is a compilation engagement?
Financial statements I prepare from your records without auditing or reviewing them. They're what most owner-managed companies, banks and CRA need.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. With your permission I request last year's working papers and statements so nothing is lost in the change.
