How it works

Simple from the first call to the final filing.

What working together looks like, from our first conversation onward.

01

Request a call

Tell me a little about your situation, and I'll get back to you to find a time.

02

Agree on the work

You'll know what's included and what it will cost, or a clear estimate when the work is more complex.

03

Sign and onboard

A short engagement letter, plus an intake form for individuals or a corporate profile for companies.

04

Share your documents

A personal checklist means you only gather what applies to you, and you upload it all to your client portal.

05

Review and approve

I prepare everything and walk you through the result before anything is filed.

06

Filed

You get confirmation, copies of everything and reminders before next year's deadlines.

i.Questions

Frequently asked.

How are fees set?

Fees reflect the work involved, which is why we talk first. When the scope is clear, I'll quote it before we start. For more complex work, you'll get an estimate and I'll keep you informed as it develops.

Do you work with clients outside Vancouver?

Yes. Everything can be done online, anywhere in British Columbia.

I'm behind on my filings. Can you help?

Yes. Catch-up returns and bookkeeping clean-ups are quoted separately.

What are the main deadlines?

Most personal returns are due 30 April. Self-employed individuals file by 15 June, but any balance owing is still due 30 April. Corporate returns are due six months after year end.
